Dear colleagues, It's our pleasure to invite you to the 16th edition of the Biologicals annual workshop. The 2009 European Medical and Clinical Operations workshop will take place at the Thon Hotel Brussels City Center in Brussels Belgium and will start on Wednesday 22 April 2009 at 8h30 and will end on Friday 24 April 2009 at 17h00.
The first day and 2nd day morning session agendas are constructed for a joint audience of Bio medical staff and clinical operations staff, while the 2nd day afternoon session and 3rd day are focusing on clinical operations staff. For the first time this European MCO workshop is organized in joint collaboration between our prophylactic Vaccines staff and ASCI staff (including Pharma local network). Sessions on Friday morning are of joint interest to ASCI & Vaccines staff, therefore Pharma colleagues working on ASCI studies are very welcome to join those specific sessions. During the afternoon session of day 1 Thomas Breuer and his Leadership Team will participate to our MCO workshop. To maximise the interaction opportunities when having the region gathered, a number of side meetings have been organized, to which you should subscribe individually on the registration page. These side meetings include:
Please look at the Workshop program on this site to select the appropriate meetings for you. On Tuesday evening April 21st a welcome buffet will be organized between 19-22h, which can be joined as per arrival times. On Wednesday evening 22 April there will be an organized dinner and evening event. Theme is "colourful Europe": please dress in an authentic clothing from your country or in an outfit representing your country. There will be opportunity to place a little dance & sing a little song during the evening, so please bring your dancing shoes along. Thursday evening will be kept as free evening for country networking. Transportation from and to the airport will be arranged for you, based upon the information in your registration. Participants will need to book their own flights and take the hotel payment at their own charge. Looking forward to your active participation at the MCO workshop and side meetings.
Any question about participation of ASCI members can be sent to Patrick Lamotte, Manager Global Study Management Cancer Immunotherapeutics. |
